Hey, It's Curtis & Matthew 👋
In 2022, our careers in marketing and IT weren't fulfilling our desire to leave the world better than we found it.
Led by the belief, "A business that prioritizes social impact could be equally if not more profitable," we left our jobs to start Rooted Insight.
Saying goodbye to six-figure salaries and the safety net of full-time pay was incredibly challenging. We quickly had to solve three big problems:

- 3. Stay mission-driven while growing a sustainable business
The first year kicked our butts, but our hard work paid off as revenue skyrocketed in the second year. Now, in 2024, we're back to six figures, growing sustainably, and investing in our personal growth with workshops, coaches, and more.
